1. Use must use the product/service to create your own testimonial and story. This is very important because you need to be confident about the product so that you can do it for long-term success. Just having a good compensation plan cannot be the reason! The first 2 months are very important to create an impressive honest and successful real testimonial branding you as a person to trust and join underneath.
2. Keep the fire burning by consistently recruiting fresh network marketing members on your team. All MLM downlines suffer some attrition so getting few signups may help only to maintain a downline. Powerful recruiting is the key to growing the downline.
3. Utilize attraction marketing. Get excited and stay excited because passion and excitment are viral. People love to connect with others who are passionate about what they do. Be reachable always. Let them ask your questions so that you can give honest answers. Having photos and videos on your website will help people connect better. It also does some preselling so they get to know who the leader is even before they join the business.
4. Use some Marketing System to train and build the downline just because retention is equally important in MLM. Duplication is ALWAYS the key to network marketing success. It has to be simple and duplicatable. Always. The System works and people fail they say. Yes, its true because most people are followers and not leaders. They need a guiding hand to show them exactly what to do Step-by-step to succeed. Online team training calls once or twice a week helps to keep the teams focus on target and motivates them to grow the business to new levels. Network marketing is all about passion, people, leverage and excitement for residual income.
5. Try to Focus on teams success. Always be honest and tell your downline to be true to their downline as well. Teach downline how to teach their downline. My team needs to get rich is much better goal than I need to get rich. You must tell the downline upfront that their success depends on how their team duplicates their success. Downlines profit has to be the priority always. The team automatically grows once the members profit using the proven marketing system.
6. Run an advertising co-op for your team so they can pump money to grow the downline. This is a win-win situation because bigger budget can buy discounts and allows everyone to profit. It also creates excitement because they see the potential.
7. Build your own double-optin list so ou can keep offering valuable information about your industry and keep getting new signups for your network marketing business. You can use something like aweber or another list manager.
